Professional Mobility are a business focused on helping the less able without any high-pressure sales. Run by (founder) John Randle, he has over 25 years’ experience in the Mobility industry.
Professional Mobility offer a full range of Mobility products ranging from Mobility scooters, Power chairs, Stair lifts, Bath lifts and Walking frames.
Professional Mobility offer a short-term low-cost scooter and wheelchair hire service to facilitate access to the shops here at Crystal Peaks. Scooters can be booked in advance by calling the team.
Social distancing measures are now in place meaning only one customer is allowed in the shop at one time (of course, carers will be allowed where necessary).
To make your shopping experience as pleasurable as possible we are asking if you can prebook your hires before hand. You will then be given an allocated collection time slot. While social distancing measures are in place scooters and wheelchairs must be collected from the shop where the environment is controlled. No other arrangements are unfortunately allowed. All hire equipment will be cleaned and sanitised before and after each use.
Customers will be able to hire without prebooking, preference is given to those who do so.
All hire scooters and wheelchairs must be returned to Professional Mobility by 4.00pm. Under no circumstances may they be left at Customer Services or anywhere else. Correct cash payments will be accepted as change cannot always be given.
