Work has completed to create five new retail units at Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre.
The four ground floor units at the north east of the centre’s East Mall entrance now have new frontages that open onto the Crystal Peaks red car park and there will also be space at first floor level, suitable for a gym or similar business.
The work involved opening up the side of the building, in what was previously the Toys R Us unit.
It also included the reconfiguring of a section of the car park in front of the mall to accommodate a wider footpath and new disabled parking spaces.
"We are delighted how this project has progressed and the finished result.” said Centre Manager Lee Greenwood.
“We have now started handing over the units to the new occupiers who are expected to be open for business in early Spring. We will be announcing the brands soon and we are confident they will all bring new uses and an up to date contemporary feel to this part of the Centre.”
