Face coverings at Crystal Peaks
On 23rd July, the Government announced that face coverings will be mandatory in indoor shopping centres, as well as in shops from Friday 24th July. This includes visiting our Restaurants and Cafes, for takeaway food and drink, although they can be removed if you decide to sit in. We hope you will all play your part and support this initiative so you can feel confident to visit Crystal Peaks. All forms of face coverings are welcome from a Mask, Bandana, Scarf or Snood. You just need to make sure your covering covers both your mouth and nose. They are also available to purchase at a number of our retail outlets.
There are Exemptions for children under 11 years old and individuals with disabilities or conditions that result in you not being able to wear face covering. If you are unsure if you are exempt, please visit the Government article linked below for guidance. If you would like to highlight to others your hidden disability or exemption, then please visit our Customer Services Desk and simply collect an exemption card which will be recognised by all retailers and staff. Whilst we will do all we can to strongly encourage customers to wear a face covering inside the Centre and stores, it is the responsibility of the relevant authorities to police and enforce the new rules.
The Government has published a suite of exemption card templates for printing or hosting on your mobile phone. To find out more and download, click here
