Permanent Part Time Customer Services Advisor required to join the Crystal Peaks Team. 

A challenging and varied role with duties to include:

General day to day enquires

Booking out Community desk spaces

Telephone queries

Assisting with parking queries

Meeting and greeting visitors and contractor’s and operate the Company Visitor system

Assist in the operation of the Company’s hospitality policy.

Rota Management

Monitor and report on activities

Attend team meetings

Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills

Effective liaison with admin office queries

Good Health & Safety awareness.

Computer literate preferred but full training will be given



The main purpose of the job is to support and provide an efficient operation of the Customer Services Desk in providing a cheerful and calm ambience for the general public and any visitors, while maintaining a safe environment.

Uniform provided


4 week shift pattern

18 to 22 hours per week

To include weekdays, weekends and early evening  shifts
